Team Lead – Sales (Credit Transfer Program)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead – Sales to lead our Credit Transfer Program vertical. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in the end-to-end Credit Transfer process for B.Tech, along with proven experience in sales team management and student counselling within the EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team for Credit Transfer programs.
- Drive student acquisition and admissions through effective counselling and conversion strategies.
- Handle the complete Credit Transfer process from lead generation to enrolment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Train, mentor, and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure seamless student onboarding.
Requirements:
- 4–5+ years of experience in Credit Transfer programs within the EdTech industry.
- Strong knowledge of B.Tech Credit Transfer processes and related regulations.
- Proven track record in admissions, counselling, and sales conversions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
