Position Summary:
The Team Lead- Sales will be responsible for driving sales of residential projects, managing client
relationships, and ensuring seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to final booking. The
role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term
relationships with customers while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve individual and team sales targets for residential real estate projects.
Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, site visits,
negotiations, and closures.
Develop strategies to maximize sales conversions and revenue generation.
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective buyers.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Provide training and guidance to team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and
market trends.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Handle high-value clients and assist team members in closing complex deals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
Work closely with CRM, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth documentation and deal
closure.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demand.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
8+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a team handling or leadership
role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities with a proven track record of achieving sales
targets.
Excellent negotiation, closing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sales priorities in a target-driven
environment.
Good knowledge of real estate sales processes, documentation, and transactions.
Prior experience working with real estate developers or residential projects is preferred.
Strong network of channel partners and clients within the NCR real estate market will be an
advantage.
