What Would You Be Doing
- Plan, execute, and optimize brand campaigns aligned with client goals and Wishlink's business objectives.
- Manage high-value client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, performance tracking, and accountability across all campaign stages.
- Coordinate with internal teams—content, social, strategy, and operations—to deliver campaigns within timelines and budgets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and improve efficiency.
- Lead negotiations, contracting, and performance evaluation across key partners and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and innovation in campaign planning, measurement, and execution.
- Ensure strong project management discipline with on-time delivery, quality assurance, and high ROI.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging content formats, and new-age marketing strategies.
What Are We Looking For
- Btech or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, account management, brand partnerships, or performance marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
- Highly analytical, with strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and content-led brand campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing campaigns for e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Exposure to marketing agencies, performance marketing, or digital campaign execution.
- Track record of delivering high-impact projects and measurable outcomes.
