Job Description:
Job Title: Team Lead Recruitment.
Location : Hyderabad.
Experience: 5 - 7 years.
Shift Hours : Day Shift (9.30 AM – 6.30 PM) Monday to Friday,
Saturday (8:30 AM – 1:30 PM).
Duration : Full Time/ Permanent.
NOTE: Immediate Joiner and Domestic experience only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters, ensuring recruitment goals are met.
- Develop and execute C2H / FTE hiring strategies tailored to the IT industry.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Be prepared to resolve any conflicts that arise between stakeholders, whether it's a client's change in requirements or miscommunication between internal teams.
- Look for opportunities to expand the business with existing clients by identifying new recruitment needs.
Additionally Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead, specifically in C2H/FTE hiring.
- In-depth knowledge of the telecom industry and its talent needs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
- Always have a pre-vetted pool of candidates available, so when a requirement comes in, you can react quickly.
