Role Summary

The Team Lead is responsible for driving the performance of a recruiter pod, ensuring consistent delivery across mandates while developing Talent Growth Specialists into high-performing recruiters. The role focuses on team output, capability building, and maintaining a high-performance delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run a recruiter pod end-to-end, including mandate allocation, SLA coverage, and capacity planning
  • Coach recruiters through structured, actionable feedback
  • Monitor pod performance daily and maintain delivery trackers and SLA visibility
  • Act as a buffer between pod operations and senior stakeholders
  • Escalate effectively while owning resolution within scope
  • Identify retention risks early and take proactive action
  • Drive career development and growth for team members

Who You Are

  • 3–7 years in recruitment with team leadership or mentoring experience
  • Strong transition from individual contributor to people leader
  • Skilled in coaching through feedback, not just instruction
  • Operationally strong with clear visibility on SLAs and delivery metrics
  • Able to manage performance environments and team dynamics
  • Comfortable handling difficult conversations constructively

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
