Job Title: Team Lead Recruiter (NON-IT)

Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days)

Experience: 5–10Years

Note: Only candidates with Domestic Recruitment/Staffing experience are eligible for this role. Candidates with US, APAC, or Global Recruitment experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Non-IT Recruiters to achieve hiring and business targets.
• Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment and staffing requirements.
• Drive sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups and timely closures.
• Manage recruitment TAT, productivity, quality and daily/weekly deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain active talent pipelines.
• Monitor team performance, recruitment KPIs and MIS.
• Coach, guide and support recruiters in achieving individual and team targets.
• Handle hiring requirements across BFSI, Healthcare, BPO/KPO, Manufacturing, Real Estate and other non-IT sectors.
• Conduct market mapping and identify relevant talent pools.
• Ensure regular follow-up with candidates and clients for smooth closure of positions.
• Identify challenges in the recruitment process and implement suitable solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Domestic Staffing.
• Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment and staffing.
• Prior experience in team handling or mentoring recruiters.
• Good understanding of sourcing, screening, recruitment TAT and delivery metrics.
• Experience managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Strong client and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good communication, leadership and people management skills.
• Target-oriented approach with strong focus on closures and delivery.
