Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and explain project details to prospective buyers.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Generate leads through references, calls, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and payment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/software.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

- Prior experience in Real Estate sales preferred.
