Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Python to lead our AI/ML and Video Analytics team.
- The role involves managing a team of developers, building scalable solutions, and driving end to end development of computer vision-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team working on AI/ML and video analytics solutions
- Design and develop scalable pipelines for real-time video processing
- Work on DeepStream / GStreamer, YOLO model training, inference, and deployment
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals
- Ensure high-quality code, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices
- Handle end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle including model development, testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance for real-time applications
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Python development with at least 1–2 years in a
- leadership role
- Strong experience in Computer Vision and Deep Learning frameworks
- (TensorFlow / PyTorch)
- Hands-on experience with YOLO models and video analytics projects
- Experience with DeepStream / GStreamer is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of real-time data processing and scalable system design
- Good knowledge of APIs, deployment, and cloud/edge computing (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Experience in industrial automation, surveillance, or robotics domain is a plus
