Key responsibilities:
Overall programme and project management support, including coordination with key stakeholders and internal divisions.
Support regulatory coordination and integration of good practices for scheme execution and governance.
Lead preparation and oversight of scheme-level standard documents, including Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs), implementation manuals/quality documents and master decks for reviews.
Develop background notes, analytical briefs and presentation material for high-level reviews and decision forums.
Drive daily progress and performance analysis, issue resolution discipline and reporting quality across PMU workstreams.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Renewable Energy/Power Systems) AND Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree from NIT/IIT and Master's degree from IIT/IIM
Minimum experience: 12+ years of relevant experience.
Specific Project Experience: 3+ years experience with Central Govt./State Govts/ Agencies in India, on Rooftop Solar.
Preferred competencies / skills:
Strong programme management and governance discipline (cadence, action tracking, closure).
Ability to translate complex issues into crisp briefs and executive-ready presentations.
Stakeholder coordination capability across government, utilities, vendors and programme agencies.
Strong analytical thinking and comfort with performance metrics and dashboards.
