Exp - 2 – 4 years of experience in sales & marketing as Team Lead
Qualification - Graduation
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and strategies.
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales executives.
Monitor team productivity and ensure discipline and accountability.
Develop and execute sales strategies with Call Audits
Team Sales Revenue Achievement
Track and Achieve Lead Conversion Rate
Monthly Target Achievement (%)
Prepare sales reports for management.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams.
Ensure proper documentation in CRM systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
