Role Details:

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of investment products including Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS, Bonds, FDs, Retirement Products, and Digital Gold
• Strategic thinking with a client-centric mindset
• Ability to drive product innovation and enhancements
• Analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and market trends
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong leadership to guide high-performing product teams
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk mitigation

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development and Execution

• Define product strategies across wealth offerings aligned to house views and client risk profiles
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to identify product enhancements and new ideas
• Oversee onboarding and optimization of product suite for enhanced profitability

2. Client and Market Focus

• Understand HNI, retail, and institutional client needs via direct engagements and field feedback
• Equip distribution teams with timely product updates for effective client conversations

3. Cross-Functional and Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Research, PPR, Investment Counsellors, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Marketing for seamless product execution
• Maintain compliance documentation and facilitate regular PAC approvals
• Drive product awareness through webinars, meetings, and targeted communication

4. Performance Tracking

• Track AUM, Net Sales, product-wise revenue, and client adoption metrics
• Analyze product performance, market insights, and competitor offerings to shape the roadmap

5. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all products adhere to regulatory and internal compliance frameworks
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with new and existing offerings

6. Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of high-performing Product Managers
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and learning
