Job Description
Claight Corporation is seeking a Team Lead – Procurement Market Intelligence to lead and manage a team focused on delivering actionable insights and intelligence for procurement and supply chain decisions. The role involves supervising team members, managing workflows, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while fostering professional growth within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Guidance: Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members to help achieve both individual and team goals.
- Task & Schedule Management: Plan and manage team schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Mentoring & Development: Coach and mentor team members, provide feedback, and support their professional growth.
- Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve conflicts or obstacles that may affect team performance.
- Resource Management: Ensure team members have the tools, data, and resources needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to research standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in procurement, market intelligence, or supply chain research.
- Prior experience managing or leading teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with research methodologies, data analysis, and reporting tools
