Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Conversion Strategy

  • Design and execute strategies to convert cold leads into Walkins and Walkins into confirmed property bookings
  • Achieve and exceed project level Walkin and booking targets across multiple developments
  • Oversee the complete presales funnel lead qualification, site visit scheduling, follow up, and booking support

Technology & Tools Management

  • Leverage Salesforce CRM for lead tracking, performance monitoring, and automated workflows
  • Manage outbound dialer systems, including campaign setup, pacing, and agent allocation
  • Ensure dialer optimization for maximum connect rates and compliance with industry regulations

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performance presales team to consistently achieve KPIs
  • Provide targeted coaching based on call audits, pitch evaluation, and customer feedback
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans

Data Driven Performance Management

  • Track and analyze conversion ratios, dialer reports, call volumes, and lead source ROI
  • Provide actionable insights to management for improving lead quality and conversion efficiency
  • Create and monitor Realtime dashboards for proactive decision making.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing teams for aligned lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Work closely with onsite sales teams for smooth handovers and shared booking targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 58 years experience in presales, inside sales, or call center sales (minimum 2 years in a managerial role; real estate preferred)
  • Proven track record in managing outbound sales operations and achieving aggressive targets
  • Handson expertise in Salesforce CRM and outbound dialer management
  • Strong data analytics capability interpreting KPIs, preparing reports, and driving improvements
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client engagement skills
  • Proficiency in English; Kannada and Tamil/Telugu preferred
  • Willingness to work weekends in a fast paced, target driven environment
  • Qualification as per organizational policy.
