Job Title: Team Lead Plant Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and compliance with regulations (Income Tax, GST, etc.).
• Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent fraud and financial risks.
• Oversee timely capitalization of fixed assets and resolve bottlenecks with stakeholders.
• Drive process automation by transitioning to system workflows.
• Support business divisions with budget control, cost optimization, and CAPEX evaluations.
• Conduct training sessions on new policies (DOP) and monitor plant productivity and efficiency.
• Assist in obtaining approval for unbudgeted expenditures and manage team development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CMA/CA preferred).
• Proven experience in financial control, auditing, and systems management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Effective communicator and team player.
