Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive EDC device sales and increase merchant acquisition in assigned areas.
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing field sales team.
  • Resolve merchant queries and enhance merchant engagement.
  • Monitor team performance, motivate members, and achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements:

  • 2–6 years experience in sales and team management, preferably in fintech or payments.
  • Proven experience leading a sales team with clear goal-setting and coaching.
  • Graduate or Post Graduate with strong drive and growth mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
