Key Deliverables
• Resolve tickets, develop and review quality assurance before change deployment in Oracle Cloud SCM
• Configure Oracle SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Costing) according to client requirements
• Work on quarterly patch upgrades and ensure smooth testing and deployment
• Collaborate with technical teams for automation and integration, providing functional guidance during ticket resolution
Role Responsibilities
• Handle production support for Oracle SCM Cloud, ensuring issue management, bug-fixing, and change requests are addressed
• Manage and execute tasks across the project lifecycle: Design, Build/Configuration, Testing, Deploy, Support
• Provide diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise to resolve issues in Oracle SCM modules
• Develop runbooks and documentation for technical objects and guide the team on functional requirements
