Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- 37 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, or vendor management.
- Proven expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, data visualization).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing escalation calls and driving resolution under pressure.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
