Job Summary
We are looking for a
Team Lead – Operations (Night Shift) to manage a team of Operations Associates during the night shift. The role involves planning daily work, assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing people, resolving operational issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring daily targets are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the night shift operations team.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor work completion.
- Track attendance, productivity, and overall team performance.
- Guide, coach, and support team members to improve performance.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Ensure daily targets are completed within timelines and quality standards.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
- Ensure all company SOPs, processes, and quality guidelines are followed.
- Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback to the team.
- Maintain operational reports, attendance records, and productivity trackers.
- Share shift updates and operational reports with management.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Promote discipline, accountability, and a positive work environment.
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, BPO, Back Office, AI Operations, or Team Management.
- Prior experience leading a team is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working Schedule
- 5 Working Days per Week
- Night Shift
- 9 Hours per Day (8.5 Working Hours + 30 Minutes Break)
