Role Description
We are seeking an experienced individual in On-Page SEO to lead and optimize on-page SEO initiatives that enhance organic visibility, crawl efficiency, and user experience. The role requires strong expertise in technical and content-driven SEO, hands-on use of SEO platforms such as CrawlX, and close collaboration with content and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute on-page SEO strategy across websites, landing pages, and content assets.
- Conduct in-depth on-page and crawl audits using tools such as CrawlX, Screaming Frog, and Search Console.
- Identify and resolve crawlability, indexation, duplication, and internal linking issues.
- Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, content structure, internal links, image SEO, and schema markup.
- Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO fixes identified through CrawlX audits (Core Web Vitals, page speed, rendering issues).
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure search-intentaligned, SEO-optimized content.
- Perform keyword research, mapping, and page-level optimization aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using CrawlX, Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO tools.
- Prepare regular performance and audit reports with clear insights, priorities, and recommendations.
- Stay current with algorithm updates and SEO best practices, proactively refining strategies.
- Guide and mentor junior SEO team members on on-page and crawl optimization standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing on-page SEO for medium to large websites.
- Hands-on expertise with CrawlX for crawl analysis, issue identification, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of HTML, page architecture, internal linking, and indexation control.
- Solid knowledge of Core Web Vitals, page speed, and UX-related SEO factors.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
