Role: Lead- Development
Location : Pune (Baner – 5 days WFO)
Skill Required-
- .Net Core, MVC, C#, React, Node js, JavaScript, Vb Script, jQuery, JSON, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AJAX, WCF, Web API, Web services, OOPS, XML, ADO.Net, Entity Framework
- SQL Server, TFS/Git, IIS, azure devops, mongodb
- Strong in T-SQL & Database design skills
- Good hand on experience in Cloud Frameworks
- Awareness on RDBMS and associated tools
- Containerization (docker ,kubernetes)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of .NET core developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using .NET and MS technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, including code reviews, Best practices, and mentoring.
- Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions based on .NET technologies.
- Develop and maintain coding standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and infrastructure, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Create reproducible and predictable components, Evaluating and understanding external/ third party components.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React).
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and experience with cloud-based development.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, interacting with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum or Kanban.
