Qualification: CMA / CA Semi-Qualified
We are looking for a Team Lead – Finance & Accounts with strong manufacturing-sector experience and exposure to service-sector accounting. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, costing, budgeting, MIS, statutory compliance, audits, ERP operations, and leading the Finance & Accounts team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations including purchases, expenses, fixed assets, provisions, accruals, prepaids, vendor payments and reconciliations.
- Handle day-end, month-end, quarterly and annual book closures and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage costing, cost control, inventory accounting, budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing operations.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports covering consumption, expenses, gross margins, variances, trends and EBITDA.
- Drive P2P processes, SOPs, internal controls and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements, including GST assessments, notices and litigation.
- Coordinate statutory, tax and stock audits and support audit requirements.
- Lead, supervise and mentor the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring timely completion of activities.
- Work on ERP/accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Tally, SAP or other manufacturing ERPs.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to management for effective business decision-making.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting and MIS
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting and costing
- Working knowledge of service-sector accounting
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance
- Advanced MS Excel – formulas, Pivot Tables and data analysis
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred Profile
Candidates from the manufacturing industry with experience in Finance & Accounts, costing, MIS and statutory compliance will be preferred. CMA / CA Semi-Qualified candidates with relevant industry experience are ideal.
