We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to drive delivery excellence within our Ad Success Team (AST), supporting campaign optimization, insights generation, and performance management for digital advertising programs. If you bring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and operational rigor in the advertising space, this role is for you.

Experience: 6 9 Years (Minimum 4+ Years in People Management)

Key Responsibilities
You will lead and manage a team of analysts supporting advertising campaigns, ensuring delivery against SLAs, quality benchmarks, and operational KPIs. The role involves overseeing campaign optimization workflows, guiding teams on strategy for Sponsored and Display ads, and ensuring accuracy in advertiser-ready outputs. You will handle stakeholder collaboration, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvements through RCA and process enhancements. Additionally, you will focus on team development, productivity, and achieving business impact through revenue growth and optimization success.
