Key Responsibilities:
The Role will support additional chief secretary / CM fellow type person / must be from Public Health Development sector) - must be from NIRF/NAAC A+/A++ ranking institute - Masters mandate
- Lead and manage the overall execution of projects, ensuring timely deployment of resources and adherence to project goals
- Develop comprehensive Solution Architectures and provide Thought Leadership to guide strategic direction and innovation
- Design and implement effective solutions tailored to project needs
- Coordinate with key stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Monitor project outcomes, identify gaps, and guide the team in making necessary course corrections
- Prepare and deliver presentations and progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics and project milestones
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities in Public Health / Infectious Disease Consulting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in project monitoring and reporting
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
Qualifications:
- Education:Postgraduate degree in Health, Economics, Engineering, MBA, or an equivalent analytical discipline
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of relevant work experience.
