Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high security standards are maintained throughout the shift
- Ensure SOP's are followed by the team
- Attendance management
- Daily tallying and auditing of stones received and stored in safe
- Take ownership of the entire photography and videography process of precious stones and ensure thorough stock check at the end of each shift
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve organisational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Conducting training of team members to maximise their potential.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Conducting monthly performance reviews.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Team handling experience
- Transparent & honest approach- as he/she will be dealing with stones
- Speaks good English, written and verbal
- MS Office and reporting skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently with multiple counterparts
- Attention to detail
- Humble, honest, trustworthy
- Shows respect & appreciation for every person
- Takes 100% responsibility with a can do attitude - Does not blame, complain, criticize or condemn
