Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented marketing professional responsible for strengthening brand visibility, driving market positioning, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. The role will focus on digital campaigns, destination and product marketing, partnerships, content marketing, and event-based marketing activities to support business growth and lead generation.

Key responsibilities: -

1. Brand Visibility & Market Positioning

Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and strengthen the company's market positioning.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and campaigns.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.

2. Digital Marketing & Online Campaigns

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, and email marketing.

Optimize campaigns to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

Coordinate with internal teams or agencies for campaign execution and performance tracking.

3. Destination & Product Marketing

Develop marketing strategies to promote specific destinations and products.

Create targeted campaigns to drive awareness, interest, and bookings/sales.

Work closely with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

4. Partnerships & Alliances

Identify and build strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, brands, and organizations.

Manage collaborations that enhance brand reach and market presence.

Support co-marketing initiatives with partners to expand audience engagement.

5. Content Marketing & Lead Generation

Develop engaging content strategies across digital platforms including blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.

Implement lead generation campaigns through digital channels and marketing automation tools.

Track and analyse lead generation performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.

6. Event & BTL Marketing

Plan and execute events, exhibitions, activations, and below-the-line (BTL) marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

Evaluate event outcomes and measure return on marketing investment.
