Role Overview
The Team Lead Marketing will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and brand visibility through hyperlocal and on-ground marketing initiatives. The role focuses on generating leads and conversions in line with defined city targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and brand visibility through hyperlocal and on-ground marketing initiatives to achieve city lead and conversion targets.
- Plan and execute BTL and branding activities including community/apartment activations, branding, kiosks, roadshows, and inserts to drive quality lead generation and conversions.
- Conduct customer surveys and generate actionable insights.
- Plan monthly activity calendars within approved budgets and monitor CPL, CPA, and ROI.
- Align marketing initiatives with monthly lead targets and city growth plans.
- Coordinate with Finance, Business, Central Marketing, and Procurement teams.
- Manage vendors, ensure governance compliance, and complete timely payment closures.
- Lead team management, PJP planning, and performance tracking.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA with minimum 4 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience in team management.
- Candidates from Telecom / ISP industry preferred.
