Job Description

The Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of SuccessFactors and reviewing client deliverables prepared by junior staff. The Manager monitors the configurations and implementations of ERP systems, including SAP FICO. This role supports both business projects—through the design and implementation of FICO business solutions—and ongoing business operations. The Manager is an individual contributor capable of interacting with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts, articulating how to best integrate SAP technologies to deliver superior business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and align activities with the organization's values and vision.
  • Protect Intellectual Property and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to collect and provide relevant data.
  • Support client-related services, including location structure development, login/password resets, and initial testing of customized tools.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of survey data in coordination with the client survey coordinator.
  • Implement and deploy SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, and investment management.
  • Leverage standard process/system capabilities to reduce complexity and customization where advisable.
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials, focusing on FICO Controlling (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month-End Close, Overhead Assessment, and Settlement).
  • Analyze complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions, including gap analysis and documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and map client business processes to SAP solutions.
  • Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules.
  • Act as a liaison for troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving software issues.
  • Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process or system enhancements.
  • Provide consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects.
  • Offer ad-hoc training and user support as needed.
  • Evaluate research findings to develop strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Monitor, coach, and develop team members through knowledge sharing and training.

Essential Skills

Job

  • S/4 HANA FICO experience in Implementation, Upgrade, Migration, or Conversion projects.
  • Knowledge of Extension Ledgers, Document Splitting, Foreign Currency Valuation (FCV), APP, EBRS, and payment automation processes.
  • Experience with New Asset Accounting and ABAP integration (RICEFWs).
  • Integration experience with MM, SD, and PS modules.
  • Expertise in Month-End processes for FI & CO, Cost Center Allocations, Product Costing (MTS/MTO/Sale Order Costing), and Profit Center Accounting.
  • Minimum of 3-4 implementation projects experience, preferably in US or Europe projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Dynamic, flexible, and persistent with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
