Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Manager, located in Hapur. The Team Lead Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure efficient execution of financial services. The role includes operational planning, performance monitoring, goal setting, and ensuring the achievement of team objectives. The Team Lead Manager will also facilitate collaboration, provide mentorship, and maintain high standards to drive team success and client satisfaction.

- Experience in the financial services sector and familiarity with loan products such as Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, Construction Loans, and Education Loans is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
