life insurance products , leadership capabilities, and good
MIS/reporting skills .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance sales executives to achieve sales targets.
- Drive sales of life insurance products through effective team management.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Maintain and track MIS reports, sales data, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members when required.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high service standards.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in Life Insurance Sales (team handling exposure preferred).
- Strong team leadership and mentoring skills .
- Good MIS and reporting skills (Excel / CRM tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment .
- Language Preference: Tamil / Kannada / Telugu preferred.
