Team Lead -Lidar ADAS (Computer Vision)

Required Skill:

3-5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role within IT services. Previous experience in LiDAR data annotation/CV projects, particularly with 3D, 2D BB and polygon annotation, is preferable. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.

Prior experience in a client-facing role managing multiple projects simultaneously is highly preferred.

Education Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Roles & Responsibility:

Lead a team of annotators (minimum of 20) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of annotated LiDAR data.

Develop project plans, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.

Annotation Quality Assurance:

Define annotation guidelines and standards for cuboid and polygon annotation.

Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure annotations meet accuracy and consistency requirements.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in LiDAR data processing tools and annotation software (e.g., Labelbox, Cubemos) is required.

Knowledge of 3D point cloud data formats and understanding of geometric shapes (cuboids, polygons) is beneficial.

Team Supervision and Training

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to annotation team members.

- Train new team members on annotation techniques, tools, and project-specific requirements.

Tool and Workflow Optimization

- Evaluate and implement annotation tools and software to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Develop and refine annotation workflows to streamline processes and maximize productivity.

Communication and Collaboration

- Liaise with project stakeholders (e.g., clients, project managers) to understand requirements and expectations.

- Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions effectively to ensure transparency and alignment.
