Role

Lead a team of senior and junior engineers for manufacturing design for new and current products.

Supervise and lead people and projects, do project work with team members

Manage work delivery, work quality and work cadence with clients and team

Train new team members on processes and tools

Expert knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Process Planning, Facilities Layout, Line Design, Standardized Work and Factory Automation

Expert knowledge of Sequence of Events development and Mixed Model Line Design

Expert skills in Digital Manufacturing
