Experience Required:
5+ Years in Domestic IT Staffing
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
- Hands-on experience in C2H Hiring is mandatory
- Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Team handling / mentoring experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Ability to work on multiple requirements under tight timelines
- Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team for IT staffing requirements
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for contract and permanent positions
- Drive delivery for C2H requirements across technologies
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and networking
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for requirement understanding
- Ensure quality profiles and timely closures
- Track team performance and maintain recruitment metrics
- Mentor recruiters and support team productivity

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and delivery-focused mindset
- Experience working with staffing/consulting organizations
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
