Team Lead IT - Service Manager MuleSoft Integration Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Integration Specialist with strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, and integration with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

This role requires working in a global, matrix organization environment and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Implement API-led connectivity architecture
  • Develop APIs using RAML / OpenAPI Specification (OAS)
  • Build integrations using DataWeave, Mule Runtime, Mule ESB
  • Deploy and manage applications on CloudHub
  • Work with:
  • Anypoint Studio
  • Anypoint Exchange
  • Anypoint API Manager
  • Anypoint Runtime Manager
  • Anypoint Monitoring
  • Configure and manage MuleSoft connectors
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub / Azure DevOps
  • Integrate enterprise applications such as:
  • SAP
  • Salesforce
  • ServiceNow
  • sFTP
  • SharePoint
  • Azure
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL / ITSM / COBIT / DevOps principles in Service Operations
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to optimize services and contracts
  • Work independently or within a global virtual team for issue resolution

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery / Integration
  • Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Experience in API Design & Development
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • DataWeave
  • RAML / OAS
  • API-led connectivity
  • Experience with CloudHub deployment
  • Experience integrating SAP / Salesforce / ServiceNow environments
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in vendor/partner management preferred
  • Ability to work in a global matrix organization

Certifications (Preferred)

  • ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 (recent certification preferred)
  • MuleSoft certifications (added advantage)

Other Requirements

  • Fluent in business English
  • Willingness to work in a global virtual team
  • Ability to travel globally (if required)
