Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver:

• Lead and manage day-to-day security operations including monitoring, detection, and

response

• Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and ensure timely incident

resolution

• Implement and maintain security tools such as EDR/XDR (e.g., SentinelOne), SIEM,

DLP, and IAM solutions

• Conduct threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk management
• Define and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure infrastructure and application

deployments

• Manage incident response lifecycle, including investigation, containment, and

reporting

• Monitor and analyze network traffic for anomalies and threats
• Perform network vulnerability assessments and penetration testing coordination
• Ensure secure network segmentation and access control policies
• Manage and enforce secure remote access (VPN, Zero Trust models-Zscaler)
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)
• Drive security awareness programs across the organization
• Prepare and present security reports and metrics to management

Are you who we're searching for

● Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint security, and cloud security

● Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR (SentinelOne preferred), SIEM tools, firewalls,

VPNs

● Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM- MDM- Desktop Central)

solutions

● Experience in incident response and threat hunting

● Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards

● Good knowledge of Windows, Mac, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field

● Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CISM, Security+)

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in managing enterprise security environments

● Exposure to automation in security operations

● Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture
