Team Lead (ISA)

This is a full-time, on-site position for an ISA (Team Lead), based in Coimbatore. The Team Lead will oversee Individual Skill Advancement (ISA) program operations, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team, driving performance, evaluating program outcomes, and maintaining high-quality standards for deliverables. The role also involves coordinating across departments, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring overall program excellence.

• Team leadership, mentorship, and performance management experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in training or skill development programs is a plus
• Educational background in a relevant field preferred
