• Strong experience in Banking/Financial Services domain
• Strong experience in Manual Testing & QA
• Experience in Test Planning, Estimation & Execution
• Experience in UAT, Regression & Integration Testing
• Good knowledge of Agile/scrum methodology
• Strong experience in Defect Management & Risk Tracking
• Hands-on experience with Jira and test management tools
• Knowledge on API
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer handling, Ownership, and accountability

Banking Domain Skills

• Retail / Corporate Banking
• Internet & Mobile Banking
• Payments, Retail FX
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Core Banking Systems

Good to Have Skills

• Knowledge on Automation
• Basics of JavaScript / Python
• CI/CD pipeline knowledge
• Experience with TCS BaNCS

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team and manage end-to-end testing activities.
• planning, estimation and execution.
• Coordinate with Business, Development and Product teams.
