Required Skills & Experience

-Experience working within agile methodologies -Basic HTML/CSS or frontend development exposure -UI/UX understanding or familiarity with design principles

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-6+ years of experience in content management, business analysis, or digital platforms -Handson Sitecore experience (XMC/XP or Content Hub) in a BA or adminadjacent capacity -Familiarity with authoring workflows, governance, and admin activities -Exposure to DAM systems (e.g., Sitecore Content Hub, Widen) -Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement abilities -Proven experience mentoring or managing interns/junior team members -Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solid documentation habits -Skilled in meeting facilitation and cross-team coordination
