Role Summary

Kolo helps homeowners make better decisions while building or renovating their homes. SmartSelect is our program that guides homeowners on requirements, designs, materials, professional selection, and quotation evaluationso they avoid costly mistakes and build with confidence.

We're hiring a Team Lead Inside Sales to own SmartSelect sales in Bangalore and PAN India. You will build and lead a sales team, convert qualified leads into paid customers, and deliver revenue targets.

What You'll Do

  • Build & lead the team: hire, train, coach, and manage Sales Executives/Senior Executives.
  • Drive daily execution: daily huddles, pipeline reviews, follow-up discipline, CRM hygiene.
  • Own the funnel: manage qualified homeowner leads and move them from contacted qualified pitched closed.
  • Consultative selling: understand homeowner needs, identify risks, and pitch SmartSelect as the solution.
  • Hit targets: own monthly pack sales targets and improve conversion through better scripts and objection handling.
  • Report & collaborate: share daily/weekly performance reports and work with Marketing, Advisory, and Product teams.

Who Should Apply

  • 46 years in inside sales / consultative sales (B2C preferred).
  • 2+ years leading a team and hitting targets.
  • Strong at coaching, funnel management, follow-ups, and closing.
  • High ownership, energetic, structured, and good with numbers/CRM.
