Job Description

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Build a team of 10-15 sales reps from scratch to drive enrollments for the programs offered by the company.
  • Take full accountability of your monthly quota and also drive monthly revenue target from the team
  • Motivate team members, help them get closures and drive them towards top revenue numbers.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits
  • Set a high performance team culture where team members feel valued and driven.
  • Give constant feedback to sales reps on call quality and keep a strong tab on maintaining quality of calls.
  • Work with Reporting Management in aligning the team towards the organization goal.

Competencies

  • Demonstrated experience of driving top results in B2C Sales with 10+ crore annual targets.
  • Experience in handling a sales team with 20+ associates, and leads/ATLs.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong mastery over written and verbal English.
  • Highly self motivated, able to work with a target driven mindset.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries.
  • MBA preferred, not mandatory.
