We are looking for a dynamic and driven Team Lead Influencer Marketing to manage a team of Influencer Marketing Associates/Managers and drive end-to-end execution of influencer-led campaigns for top brands. This role requires both strategic thinking and operational efficiency to deliver exceptional campaign outcomes. You will act as a bridge between clients, influencers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution, innovation, and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management & Execution- Lead the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from brief to reporting.
- Allocate and manage campaign responsibilities within the team based on bandwidth and expertise.
- Review influencer shortlists, scripts, and creative treatments before sharing with clients.
- Ensure timely coordination with influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders (e.g., content, finance, legal).
- Handle high-value and/or complex campaigns personally when required.
Team Management- Mentor, guide, and monitor performance of a team of Associates/Managers.
- Provide structured feedback, resolve bottlenecks, and build team capabilities.
- Set KPIs and drive accountability across your team.
- Conduct regular team reviews to ensure campaign deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
Client Servicing- Serve as the point of contact for key clients or escalated accounts.
- Understand brand objectives and ensure campaigns align with client expectations.
- Present campaign strategies, influencer recommendations, and performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with the sales, planning, creative, and finance teams for smooth campaign flow.
- Collaborate with the creator acquisition team to source relevant influencers when needed.
- Align with the strategy team to ensure creative quality and campaign relevance.
Performance & Reporting- Analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
- Oversee reporting team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of post-campaign analysis.
- Optimize campaign execution processes to increase efficiency and scale.
