Hiring: Team Leader – Travel & Ticketing (UK Process)

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader from a Travel BPO background with strong exposure to UK travel processes.

Role: Team Leader – Travel Process

Experience: 3–8 Years (Min 1+ year as TL)

Location: Jaipur

Shift: UK Shift (Rotational)

Working: 5.5 Days | Rotational Off

What we're looking for:

Strong experience in Travel & Ticketing (International / UK Process)

Hands-on knowledge of GDS – Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo

Proven experience in handling a team (15–20 agents)

Strong understanding of SLA, AHT, CSAT, NPS

Experience in escalations, re-issuance, refunds & fare rules

Cab facility available for both side pick & drop

Candidates from Jaipur will be preferred

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice will be prioritized
