We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript,
NodeJS and hands-on experience across modern frontend and backend
technologies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building scalable, high-
performance enterprise level applications and collaborating closely with product,
design, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building end-
to-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks, backend services, and cloud-
native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
Build and maintain microservices-based architectures ensuring scalability,
reliability, and performance.
Build responsive and performant frontend applications using React.js.
Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity and
performance.
Build, consume, and document RESTful APIs.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, branching strategies, and release processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into
technical solutions. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
BSc/BCA/MSc/B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or
a related field.
2-4 years of experience in full-stack development using the PERN stack.
Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
Expertise in React, including Hooks, Context API, and state management
(Redux / JWT).
Solid backend development experience with Node.JS, Express.JS and Redis
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (PERN stack).
Design and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL.
Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database design principles.
Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
Basic knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.
Strong knowledge of ORMs/ODMs such as Prisma.
