About Us
The Human Loops is a data collection company working with AI and robotics labs globally. We run large-scale field programs to capture real-world data — video, motion, and activity footage — across commercial and residential environments. Our field teams deploy daily across dozens of locations to manage contributors, supervise capture sessions, and ensure data quality. This is production-grade operations work, not a desk job.
About The Role
We are looking for a strong Team Lead to manage our residential data collection program. In this program, we deploy trained contributors (referred to internally as household contributors) into homes across Nagpur to capture structured first-person video footage for AI training purposes.
You will lead 10 Field Supervisors and oversee a contributor pool of 20–25 active household contributors. You own the full operational layer — scheduling, deployment, daily reporting, contributor sourcing, and hiring — end to end.
This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role. You will be the operational backbone of the residential vertical. High performers are fast-tracked to Assistant Operations Manager.
What You Will Own
Scheduling and Deployment
Build and manage daily and weekly deployment schedules for 10 supervisors and 20–25 contributors across active household locations. Ensure every location is staffed as per plan. Handle replacements, no-shows, and last-minute changes without dropping coverage. Coordinate logistics and travel routing for supervisors to minimise downtime between sites.
Day-to-Day Operations
Be the single point of accountability for the residential program's daily functioning. Resolve on-ground issues quickly — contributor conduct, client household concerns, equipment or protocol gaps. Work closely with supervisors to ensure capture sessions are running correctly and contributing quality data.
Reporting
Submit daily operational reports covering deployment status, attendance, issues, and contributor performance. Maintain weekly summaries for management review. Flag risks early, with context and a recommended action — not just the problem.
Contributor Sourcing (Home Sourcing)
Actively identify and onboard new households willing to participate in our data collection programs. Screen locations for suitability, coordinate access and consent, and hand off to the deployment team. Maintain a steady pipeline of sourced homes to support program scale-up.
Contributor Hiring (in collaboration with HR)
Partner with the HR team to screen, interview, and onboard new household contributors. Assess candidates for reliability, communication, and ability to follow structured protocols. Maintain a ready bench of trained, deployable contributors to absorb demand spikes without delays.
Team Leadership
Manage, brief, and support 10 Field Supervisors day to day. Set clear expectations, review performance, and address gaps directly. Be the escalation point between the field team and senior management.

Compensation And Work Details
Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹38,000/month (based on experience)
