Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of growth sales executives to achieve onboarding targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize lead conversion.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular training sessions.
  • Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion efforts to boost onboarding.
  • Optimize CRM usage, ensuring accurate sales tracking and reporting.
  • Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Handle escalations, resolve gig worker queries, and ensure high gig worker satisfaction.
  • Analyse sales data, identify trends, and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and performance-driven team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
  • Strong team management, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in using CRM tools and data analytics for sales reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
