Team Lead

Gretis India is looking to hire an accomplished Team Lead to direct operations for a State Project Management Unit (SPMU) supporting the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF) initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day SPMU operations and ensure target deadlines are met.

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants across IT, data, and agriculture domains.

• Liaise with government authorities, banks, and field partners.

• Monitor infrastructure milestones, fund utilization, and scheme adoption.

• Prepare executive progress reports and steering committee decks.

Requirements:

• Total Experience: Minimum 5+ years of direct experience managing large-scale developmental, infrastructure, or public program implementation initiatives.

• Academic Background: Master's degree or equivalent Post-Graduate qualification in Business Management (MBA), Public Policy, Agri-business, Project Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

• Skill Set:

• Demonstrated command over end-to-end project management life-cycles.

• Strong aptitude for high-level relations and inter-agency coordination.

• Sharp analytical and executive-level technical reporting abilities.
