Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a mobile app focused sales team in India and drive operational excellence, execution discipline, outline a plan and lead the team through it, manage multi-quarter pipeline.
- Set priorities within the team to appropriately engage clients across the book of business. Deliver against assigned quota and strategic objectives.
- Work with other internal and external partners to achieve customer and Google success and contribute to the development of Google's comprehensive suite of app install ad products.
- Analyze data trends and client performance, develop strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations. Serve as an advocate at events and conferences.
- Develop and implement best practices for the business programs and markets. Ensure that the team is always up to date with the newest advertiser solutions.
