Role Overview

We are an ambitious startup building a secure, anonymous Executive Intelligence Platform. We are looking for a mature candidate with very good conceptual skills and someone who can manage a team and if needed roll up sleeves to attain outcomes as individual contributor.

The Country/Regional Community Lead will be responsible for overseeing the growth, engagement, and operations of the platform within the country/region.

This role will ensure strong community engagement among professionals, and act as the site administrator responsible for maintaining platform uptime, content quality, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the expansion of the platform by increasing the number of professionals joining the community within the country/ region.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to grow the platform's presence among HR leaders and talent professionals.
  • Manage and mentor the team including Member Success Manager, Analyst, Sales, and Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Set membership and revenue targets, ensure alignment with the platform's growth objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of engagement among platform members.
  • Encourage discussions, knowledge sharing, and participation in surveys, polls, and thought leadership content.
  • Oversee the overall functioning of the platform within the region.
  • Monitor content quality and ensure adherence to community guidelines.
  • Manage moderation and ensure a professional and respectful environment.
  • Build relationships with HR leaders, industry associations, and influencers.
  • Represent the platform in industry discussions and HR communities.
  • Monitor community engagement metrics and provide strategic insights to leadership.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in platform engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 815 years of professional experience in HR and exposure to sales or sales experience or platform business is a must.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture professional communities.
  • Experience in managing teams and driving growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with online platforms, community ecosystems, or HR networks is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to the Middle East HR is an advantage.

Education:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Marketing.
