Lead and mentor development teams in building robust, scalable applications using JavaScript technologies.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment within an Agile environment.
Lead and mentor a team of 20+ developers, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Architect and design scalable and efficient full-stack solutions using Angular, NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
Ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability
Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high coding standards and provide constructive feedback to team members
Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team meets delivery timelines
Identify and resolve technical challenges, guiding the team in implementing best practices for both front-end and back-end development
Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability, addressing any bottlenecks or technical issues
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, driving innovation within the team and the broader organization
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and solutions
Lead the implementation of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment, to streamline development workflows
Support career development for team members, providing mentorship and identifying opportunities for skill enhancement and growth
