• Step 4: Select BPO in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)

• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.

• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Must have skills

France Payroll Experience. 4 to 10 years of Payroll experience specially in France Payroll.

2. Good in Excel, Understanding and hands-on on SAP and SuccessFactors.

3. Experience in Pre and Payroll processes.

4. Excellent Knowledge of leaves, sickness calculations and regulatory filings for France.

5. Good Communication skills and ability to communicate/manage clients in English language and French Language. This is a hands-on doer role

Good to have skills

• Handson experience in SuccessFactors report creation, resolving replication issues is a must for the role of the above experience.

• Weekend off, however at times or during cut off the team is expected to be available.
