Role: Team Lead Finance (Pune , India)
Our finance team is evolving its operations and is looking for an accountant to help in this transition. This position will work on the sales commission's processes and procedures.
An ideal candidate is someone working towards an accounting designation and is looking for experience in an apace finance department. The position will be part of Shared Services team at Pune and will work with revenue operations group.
In this role you will...
- Validating the salesforce closed won opportunities with Quota and tracking achievement against target.
- Work with Regional VP's & sales representatives in case of discrepancies in data.
- Collection and analysis of sales order data from multiple sources;
- Creation and distribution of sales commission workbooks;
- Facilitate commission approvals and communications;
- Reconciliation of monthly sales;
- Promptly revert to internal inquiries. Resolving all queries received from Sales Participants, HR & Payroll teams;
- Prepare month-end entries and schedules as required;
- Prepare and maintain internal schedules used to help review requirements;
- Generate ad hoc reports and special projects as required.
- Improvising the process by suggesting innovative ideas.
- Consideration of privacy and security obligations
You've Got What It Takes If You Have...
- B Com/ MBA / M Com/Inter CA/ Inter CMA / US CMA / ACCA / CPA
- Should have 5 - 7 years of experience in accounts of which at least 2 years in Commission process.
- Very good oral and written communication in English.
- Advanced Excel abilities including v-lookups, pivot tables and basic macros in Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Anaplan , SPIFF is considered an asset
- Ready to work in EMEA Shifts
